Removing the Wi-Fi for Androids (Troubleshooting)

This document will walk you step by step on how to remove the Wi-Fi from your phone.

You will need to do this in most events that the Wi-Fi is not working on your phone. 



Instructions



Step 1. Tap on your Settings app. Depending on what model of phone you have will determine the style of the icon. Nonetheless, it will look like a gear. 
 

 

Step 2. Tap on 'Connections'
 
 


Step 3. Tap on Wi-Fi to go into its connections. 
 
 




Step 4. Tap on the 'Quaker' Wi-Fi or the gear right next to it.

Step 5. At the bottom, tap 'Forget'. Depending on the model, you may be asked if you are sure you want to remove the Wi-Fi connection. Approve and confirm the removal.

The Quaker Wi-Fi has been removed. To add it back, please refer to the 'Connect to Wi-Fi for Androids' link below.
