Instructions (Turn on Call Forwarding)

Step 1. Press the light blue telephone/list button

 

 

Step 2. Press the button beside the "Call Forwarding (Off)" listing.

 

 

Step 3. Use the number pad to insert an extension or phone number.

If you use a phone number, add 81 to the beginning. For example, 818003470438.

If you want it to go to your voicemail, insert 3000

 

 

 

Step 4. Press the button next to the "Activate" listing. This will activate the forwarding and take you back to the main phone screen with a call forwarding icon showing that it is active.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You have successfully activated Call Forwarding. You're done.

Instructions (Turn off Call Forwarding)

Step 1. Press the light blue telephone/list button

 

 

Step 2. Press the button beside the "Call Forwarding (Default)" listing.

 

  

  

 

Step 3. Press the button next to the "Deactivate" listing to turn off call forwarding. Doing so will bring you back to the phone's home page without the Call Forwarding icon displaying.

 

 

 

 

You have successfully deactivated Call Forwarding. You're done.

Instructions (Change Call Forward Number)

Step 1. Press the light blue telephone/list button

 

 

Step 2. Press the button beside the "Call Forwarding (Default)" listing.

 

 

Step 3. Use the number pad to change the displayed number.

 

 

Step 4. Press the button next to "Activate".

 

 

You have successfully changed the Call Forwarding number. You're done.
